Position Information:
Under minimal direction, acts as department lead in performing duties necessary to the delivery of best practice HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise. Plans, communicates, implements, and controls activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies and procedures.

Assists in the development and implementation of best practices Human Resource programs and systems designed to create and sustain a performance driven culture for the organization. Serves as senior level to assist in leading HR functional teams on projects of strategic importance and technical complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR functional groups in implementing change management/education efforts.
  • Create and maintain a structured framework and platform to engage with HR business partners
  • Develop and implement messaging strategies to support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure business partner awareness and alignment with HR projects, corporate initiatives, and actions required.
Preferences
  • Experience with large scale project management
  • Experience in transformation initiatives
  • Experience with developing and giving presentations to the executive level
  • Experience in process creation and/or improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree/equivalent. Professional HR accreditation preferred. Six (6) years directly related experience. Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills
