I am in the middle of laying this floor the past two days, by a local carpet dealer.The grout was applied yesterday, they said wait two days /48 hpurs,before heavy traffic, PROBLEM IS; the grout is shrinking! and cracking everywhere !! What is the thing to do now,Do i demand removing all the grout /is this the thing to do? /apply more grout ?/wet over dry???????The more it shrinks the more cracks i'm getting. This is very reputable dealer. I don't want to act unjustly on this.
But what am i in for down the road, with mixing grout [wet] with already dry. grout? help please!! they will be packing up to leave today.
ps i can see the floor beneath the cracks! bob s
