Instant Eye and Lip Makeup Remover

This makeup remover is a dual-phased product and it means the oily mixture sits on top of the watery mixture. Make sure to shake the bottle first before pouring a few drops onto a cotton pad.
Hold the lightly dampened cotton pad on a closed eyelid for a minute and gently swipe it outwards
and, tadaah:
of course you can't remove anything with one swipe, so continue wiping out the remaining makeup with gentle strokes
buh-bye eye makeup!
What I Love:

Comes in a clear bottle so you'll know how much product is left. ?It also has a small opening that you can control the amount of product that will be dispensed.
What I Hate:
I'm not sure how much this costs, but ?since Shiseido's a high-end product, this would probably cost Php2000 or less. (I'll check out the counters and update you with the price). ?
I was also able to test it on my lips and it does the job well too! ?It's not drying and doesn't taste weird. ?Yes, I licked my lips after (laughs). ?I'm still alive so probably it's safe, but don't take my word for it!?
LOL.
Will I Repurchase?
No. ?I still have a lot of makeup removers to finish. ?I might reserve this for my clients though, since most of the removers that I have require rinsing. ?
