Pandora founder Tim Westergren denied claims that musicians earn peanuts from streaming services and said today at?SF?MusicTech?that?lower royalty rates would bolster innovation. "There are a couple artists making over $2 million on Pandora. Some artists making over $100K a year." Of the rumor that artists only make $15 a year from streaming services, Westergren said, "that's far, far from the truth."
