Mrs. Rathi Shankar, a Freelance Training Consultant and Trainer with a post Graduation in HR & Marketing has been in the industry for more than 10 years.?? She is a highly qualified and experienced trainer in communication skills and a consultant in the area of Organizational behavior; competency based training need analysis & delivery and organizational development & change. She has worked closely with the Tamil Nadu Government?s Gender Sensitization program and delivered lectures in the areas of Empowerment and Equity. She has trained employees of diverse companies like IDBI, ICFAI, Dr. Reddy?s laboratories, Tech Mahindra and Murugappa group etc.?? She has been a Member of the Training team in Techno India Finishing School at Kolkata and the Senior Faculty of the Training Delivery team.??? She used to regularly deliver trainings at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at Kolkata.
